This is a very private one-acre parcel, with a modest, low-upkeep 2 bedroom house, that lowers your heart rate the minute you arrive. Just 3 miles from Exit 8 of Interstate 91, the house is 2 hrs from Hartford and 2.5 hrs from Boston if you drive at the speed of Google. We have enjoyed endless hours of activity and relaxation here, but retirement and family beckon us south.
